Perassos Village—your place in history, your life in the making
Masterplan
Phase 1
The first phase of Perassos Village envisions 75 self contained nests and 3 to 4 community centers. This will create an onsite group of around 150 people, plus guests and visitors, which will make it vibrate at human scale. History has shown that this is the number of people that we can regularly and meaningfully, connect with in our lives.
Phase 2
The second phase will introduce an art based community, featuring a museum, gallery, ateliers, and artists residences. This phase will be led by Yunus Tonkuş and supported by our efforts, ntegrating artists and creators from around the world.
